What to practise
- Emails for appointments, school, work, housing, and practical requests.
- Letters and official messages with sender, deadline, subject, and next action.
- Notices, schedules, advertisements, and short daily-life instructions.
- Exact details such as dates, times, places, names, prices, and conditions.
Sample Reading question
- Text: Everyone who works on Wednesday must be present at 08:30 because a delivery is coming.
- Question: What time must everyone be present on Wednesday? Correct answer: 08:30.
A simple Reading routine
- Read the question first so you know whether you need a time, place, reason, person, or action.
- Scan the text for exact details such as numbers, dates, names, addresses, and words around them.
- Match the meaning of the answer, not only the same word from the text.
- Review wrong answers by writing down the clue you missed.
Free account access
